The Agreement signed between the Ministry of Health and Hospital María, Especialidades Pediátricas (decree 24-2016 eighth clause), allows the hospital to offer the general public Imaging and Radiology Services, once our patients have been attended.
Which Imaging Services are offered?
We offer the following studies, for different parts of the body:
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
- Computed Axial Tomography (CT Scan)
- X-rays
- Ultrasounds (USG)
- Fluroscopic Procedures
- Anesthesia (If required)
Do Adults have Access to these Services?
Yes. Imaging Services are offered to the general public. Elder discounts apply.
Service Hours
Monday Thru Friday from 3:00pm. On weekends from 8:00am, prior appointment required.

- Pay at the cashier counter at the hospital, Monday thru Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm
If your appointment is Saturday or Sunday, please make sure the payment is done by Friday, either at the cashier in the hospital or via bank transfer to the account detailed above.
